OnlyOnce is an adults-only matchmaking service. These rules apply to registration, matchmaker conversations, introductions, voice dates and every interaction connected to the service.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to register or participate. Registration requires a date of birth, and the server rejects anyone under 18 before saving a registration. You may not create an account for a minor, pretend to be older, or use the service to contact, groom or exploit anyone under 18. We may request reasonable proof of age before allowing an introduction when a report, inconsistency or other risk signal raises a concern. Suspected child sexual exploitation is blocked and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited sexual content and services

OnlyOnce may not be used for pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, trafficking, escort or prostitution services, compensated or “sugar” dating, fetish services, sexual solicitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any commercial sexual arrangement. Any sexual content involving a minor is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited behaviour

Do not use OnlyOnce for harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, blackmail, violence, hate or discrimination; fraud, scams, phishing or impersonation; spam, advertising or commercial recruitment; doxxing, privacy violations or sharing another person’s private information; illegal goods, services or activity; or conduct that ignores consent or pressures someone after they say no.

Truthful participation

Registration information must be accurate and belong to you. Creating duplicate accounts to avoid a restriction, misrepresenting your age or identity, manipulating an introduction, or attempting to bypass a block is prohibited.

Consent and boundaries

An introduction or voice date opens only after both people independently choose it. A match is never consent to sexual activity, contact outside OnlyOnce or any future interaction. Respect every no, pause and request to stop contact.

How we identify and detect violations

Registration requires a date of birth, an explicit declaration that the information is accurate, and acceptance of this policy. Server-side validation rejects under-18, incomplete or invalid registrations, and duplicate email registrations are detected. Before introductions are made, OnlyOnce can review participants in a restricted operations dashboard and block a registration from matching. Reports from participants are reviewed as safety signals and may trigger an age or identity check, restriction or removal.

Safety by product design

OnlyOnce does not offer public user profiles, searchable member lists, open direct messaging, public posting, image uploads or a marketplace. Participants receive at most one curated introduction at a time, and both people must say yes before a private voice date opens. This limits unsolicited contact and the surface on which prohibited content can be distributed.

Reporting a concern

Email glimagent@gmail.com with the subject OnlyOnce safety report. Include the email or introduction reference connected to the concern, what happened and when, and any information needed to review it. Do not send unnecessary intimate content. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, OnlyOnce may stop an introduction, block or remove a participant, prevent re-registration, preserve relevant records, refund or cancel access where appropriate, and report conduct when required by law. Blocked registrations are excluded from matching and public waitlist counts. Serious violations may result in immediate removal without prior warning.

Review and appeals

We review available context and aim to act proportionately. To request a review of an enforcement decision, email the safety address from the email used to register. Repeated, abusive or bad-faith appeals may be closed without further response.
